Steve STewart - Dec 28, 2017
I called to place the order initially and the phone rang for 3 minutes with no answer. After I placed my order online I went to pick up the order and there was only 1 person in the entire restaurant working (with a line of 6 customers at the time). I get to pay for my order and asked the cashier if the store did military discounts (I thought it was a simple question) but she couldn't answer it because she has only been at the job for 2 days (this was her second day) and she was left alone. Also she did not open my boxes to see if I was satisfied with the order and when I opened it one pizza looked fine and the other looked as if my 9 year old made it without supervision (not what you expect from an international restaurant chain). I would have asked for it to be replaced but there was no supervisor and it would have been the same product because (again) she was in the store by herself. Additionally she was the one handling the money and creating the pizza with no gloves and with the frequency of her running back and forth I didn't see her clean her hands (but I hope they were clean). Ultimately I don't believe that people should spend their hard earned money on a product that looks like it came from a mom and pop store. If the management team does not care for what the restaurant produces then people should take their hard earned $$$ somewhere else.
