I am very dissatisfied with the grooming service provided to my Maltese dog. I specifically said I wanted my dog’s hair to be trimmed not shaved. After four hours my dog is completely shaved except for her face. The groomer told me it is a policy of PetSmart to get rid of all matts. I have taken my dog to other places and they have been able to cut off the matts without shaving her. They should have asked me first. When I arrived to pick up my dog the groomer said “I had to cut her hair a little more than expected”. I was so sad. Didn’t argue. It was too late for that. Simply paid for the service and left. Never again!
