I arrived from Minnesota without knowing a hairstylist to go to to get my hair done properly! I came across the Lucy Vargas ad and I was intrigued and made an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at her personality, professionalism, care, and concern that she had when I came in. I’ve been having my hair done by a professional in Minnesota for over 15 years and I would like people to know that Lucy did as good if not a better job than my professional in Minnesota. She deserves some recognition for her patience and her skill without question. I will be going to her anytime. I am in Florida for my hair care.
