I and my wife have been going to this Lens Crafters for the better part of ten years. The service has always been wonderful. I have only been dissatisfied with one pair of glasses and I certainly can't fault the staff. The decision was mine...Caveat Emptor. In my last couple of trips, kudos to Carlos, David, etc. I have never had any problems with the optometrists. The technology used at Lens Crafters is superior. Dr. Manikowski and his staff are top notch. Dr. Sue examined me most recently and she was very thorough and comprehensive in her explanations. I have to request her in the future. Anyway, I couldn't be more satisfied with the group at the Loop.
