Horrible, the boy who waited on me looked aggravated. No hello or what can I get for you. I later learned why he was aggravated because his co-worker did not have her headset on and talking to her friend the whole time I was there. She did nothing to help the other boy who even asked her to put her headset on. He then dropped my back on the counter without a word and walked away. The only reason I will ever go back is to get their names and report them

When I entered the store I was greeted with a friendly hello which I appreciated. Requested and paid for a decaf latte. Unfortunately, I did not check right away to be sure that is what I was given. When I arrived at my destination I took a sip and found out all I was given was a black decaf coffee. Too far to drive back to the location to get the latte I paid for. SOOOOOOO disappointed.
