First time here. I was told by next client to go ahead, she was waiting for the other lady. Don’t know why, but I was passed back and forth to other employees for a simple remove gel, manicure and apply gel on my natural nail to start other walk in clients. When I asked if they were going to take care of my nail bed cuticles, she questioned the lady that passed me down to her and the arguing erupted in foreign language. I am a quiet & pilot person, so I thought. However, they made me feel so unwanted and welcome in their establishment. Even though my nails look fantastic, I’m not going back. If it wasn’t for the lady painting my nails, trying to defuse the situation, I wouldn’t have left a tip. Thanks for making me feel unworthy on a day I needed to uplift my spirits. Everyone deserves that, especially spending $35 on the service at Foxy Nails!!
