Avoid shopping at Cobb Place. I bought a rug at Bassett Furniture and the merchant ask me to pull my vehicle to the front of the store to load it. A Cobb County Police Officer pulls up and gives me a citation for parking in a Fire Lane. There are no signs that prohibit loading or unloading in front of the stores. I later found out that the officer issued 3 other citations within minutes of my citation for the same violation. Seems like Cobb County Police would have better things to do than trolling the Cobb Place parking lot and preying on paying customers trying to support local businesses. Shopping at Cobb Place could cost you $135 too. Beware!!
