Terrible. No sales clerks. Only Two pay places in men’s homegoods, children. Lines out the door. This is not the fault of your employees. It is an upper manager problem

Tammy that’s because they are left from a prior company. The owner refused to update the phone system. The current system went bankrupt in 2009. When you have a cheap owner that’s what happens. The Dawsonville outlet mall is thriving. Go give them a visit.

Lakeshore used to be a small mall with great shopping! It needs someone who can answer the phone and give information if people call! They just have a recording and all the mailboxes are full so you’re just out of luck if you need anything. That’s really bad customer service!!!
