Kid to Kid use to be a great store. Our experience tonight was a nightmare. When we got there, lady kept arguing about a mask after I already told her I would take one and wear it. NEVER asked if we needed help, and was then stalked by staff as if we were thieves. Staff member tried to hand my not even 2 years olds a balloon (never asked me if it was okay), and I asked her to please not give them the balloon because of the risk of choking hazards. She proceeded to get angry, roll her eyes, and say okay. Got to register with A LOT of stuff, girl asked me if I needed a bag. I understand that some people bring their own bag or don't require a bag... but, when I literally have the amount I did... um yeah I needed a few bags. I could continue this saga all night. Long story short, the staff were extremely rude and useless. Stood around chit chatting instead of helping customers. It is a shame because the staff use to be super helpful and nice. Never will I step into this kid to kid again. They might not care, but in this economy and with the pandemic...not to mention the thousands upon thousands we spend there per year... you would think they would provide better customer service and actually care about us being returning customers! Also, the quality of stuff they take in is starting to go downhill very fast. I couldn't believe some of the conditions in which items were in. So, do yourself a favor and go to once upon a child... or try another Kid to Kid location!
