Purchased two ponytails with the store salesperson helping me assuring that I could return the unopened package for refund. Returned the next day and was told by manager that the unopened ponytail could not be credited or refunded. I explained that their salesperson informed me differently. He said, "no matter, it is stated on the receipt". I replied that "you get the receipt after purchase" and he said, "well it is also posted". I replied "where"? The manager pointed to the ceiling. Sure enough, there are signs posted on the ceiling stating the no return policy. SERIOUSLY!! I threw the ponytail in the store and walked out. I will not shop there anymore. Just be cognizant that there is nothing returnable, creditable, or refundable in this store.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS STORE DO NOT HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY OR STORE CREDIT ON ALL ITEMS SOLD BESIDES CLOTHES! I visit this store a day after purchasing two products. NEVER been open. Sealed on tight! Two of the cashier (one being manager) opened the product three times!!! After telling me it could have been exposed by customer that's why they do not to store credit or exchange. YET they opened it three times. For all I know that product could have been opened before placed back on the shelf. From my understanding they could have resold the two items several times. No they did not ruin my day. I am upset they couldn't please a happy, new customer.
