Such an easy process! My charging port wasn't working right, but the Apple Store wouldn't repair the iPhone since it was an insurance replacement from Asurion and thus not technically an Apple product. In my panic I dropped by the iPlace kiosk in the mall across from my office and Andrew was helpful right away. Within 5 minutes I was on my way knowing that it'd be all fixed up in about 40 minutes - but that I could leave it in their hands until I was ready to pick it up after work. By the time I returned my phone was all ready to go. Andrew walked me through what he'd done and showed me that all the proper parts were working. Quick and painless - and not expensive either. A+
