I was in aldi on sept.28 21.It was absolutely FREEZING in the store!! I was in the store awhile,I had my son go to the car and get me a jacket,which did not help much. By the time I got done my arthritis and fibromyalgia was flared up from the cold.my total bill came to over $160.00 dollars.because I was hurting so bad I didnt get a chance to look at my bill until the 30th of sept. I was charged twice 16.99 for 2 mega pks.of toilet paper and I only got one.When I try to call nobody will answer due to staff shortage.I do not live in Richmond and am on a very limited income so in order to see if they will make this right for being overcharged over $17.00 we have to go back to Richmond. I am not happy with this store at all.thats slot of money to lose when you have no income.
