I shopped here and there was only one employee who was extremely helpful. She told me that the shoes may come in on a shipment on a particular day and to call back then to see if they did. I called back and she said they were there and she put them aside for me. I wasn't able to get there right away so I called a couple of days later and spoke with a manager who put me on hold until she got through the line at the register. She took a long time so I called back and gave her my number and asked if she would call me she said she would when she wasn't so busy. She never called so when I called back again she said that no manager there would ever tell a customer whether or not shoes came in on a truck. As far as I can tell there's only one person there with intelligence and I gave her 10 stars and the rest of the employees should be replaced.
