Today (December 6, 2018) I wanted to shop at Sally's in Northwood Plaza. I have adverse reactions around cigarette smokers and there was a man smoking at Sally's entrance. I went into the store and told the three (3) inactive employees standing behind the checkout counter "There is a man smoking fewer than 20 feet from your store entrance. Do something about it." One employee said, "Other stores have a sign about No Smoking at entrance. We don't have a sign." The other employees agreed. "It's a state law," I told them. "Well, we're not going to do anything," a second employee replied. The other employees agreed with her. The time was 1:20pm. I walked out of the store without buying anything. When I got home, I called the Washington Prime Group (listed online as Northwood Plaza property management and leased by the group). No one answered the phone.
