  I visited your store at the Traders Point location on Saturday, 10/13 and again on Monday 10/15/18. I was greeted and assisted positively by FERNISHA W. She was positive and went beyond the call of duty to assist me in finding the items I wanted. On Saturday, she took me to the location in the store where the item could be found if it was in stock. The store did not have the item. FERNISHA went to the computer (without me asking) found the item at another store location, wrote the item number down for me and gave me the store location and the price of the item. I went there on Sunday and got the item and other items as well. Today, 10/15/18 I visited the Traders Point store again. Who did I see first, FERNISH W. again she knew exactly where the items I came for were located. Instead of telling me where they were located, she walked me to the items and showed me several styles. I asked if she was the store manager because she was so very knowledgeable and exhibited such high quality human relations skills. She told me she was not the manager but was seeking to advance her position in the store/company. I, a retired professional, see true leadership qualities in this employee. I hope to visit the store again and find FERNISHA W.'s positive, professional style advancing with the store/company. I enjoy shopping at the Trader's Point location. The store is clean, packed with merchandise but well organized and merchandise is attractively displayed.
