XO might have been a good studio, but it's a total embarrassment to the West Glen area now! not reliable on hours, a total mess and shambles in what she calls a boutique. Unreliable, unprofessional, and misrepresents to those with items in her store. Most of her staff have quit because they have integrity and won't be apart of this scam. West Glen take a close look, you do not want a business of business person like this representing this area! If I could I would have given a zero stars!
