Sold me a vape after I asked about its pod replacement availability. They assured me they had them available. Soon after they sold me simular looking pods replacements but incompatible. Yes I showed them the device at the time of purchase. They refused an exchange or return as directed by the manager when I came back with the receipt. They then informed me they did not carry the correct replacements. They made no attempt to correct any problems.
