Had a late lunch on 11/14/2018, this is my second time getting poor service from Logans, the waitress was not friendly at all, she brought our drinks and never showed up again until she brought our food and we did not see her again until she brought the bill. MY husband found the fountain machine and had to get up two times to get himself refills and other waitresses watched him and stood beside him. I did not feel welcome by any of the staff, no one smiled or offered help. I do not think I will give Logans a third time to make me feel uncomfortable or make me feel bad. The food was good and I had taken my elderly parents for lunch. You need to work on customer first policy.
