DO NOT ORDER ORNAMENTS IN ADVANCE AND EXPECT THEM TO BE THERE!!!! Horrible experience and an unsympathetic “just the way it goes” mentality of staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Big ornament debut. I ordered online the day before to make sure I got the ones I wanted and didn’t have to fight the crowds. Several hundred dollars later, and my order placed, I go in this morning. “We don’t have any ornaments under your name.” What? Finally after a few minutes of them not knowing what happened, they said… “oh. We haven’t done any online orders yet.” And we’re probably out of them all as we were busy this morning. Again… WHAT? Well… they open at 10 and don’t get there til 9:30. Uh… Ornament release day. You may want to get to work earlier that day!!! It’s like calling ahead for a reservation and when you get there, you’re told you have to wait as they went ahead and seated everyone else ahead of you that DIDN’T have a reservation. NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this establishment. It has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I may forgo ALL Anne’s Hallmarks if this is how they’re run. Sadly, I’ll just have them delivered now and not support local business, which I try to do.
