Sad service. Tech was rude. No touch policy but touched our old phone. They didn’t greet at the door. The tech took his mask off but raised his voice to my 8 year old because he was looking at a phone on display and wasn’t touching anything. That tech is very lucky I didn’t grab him behind the plexiglass he was behind. Poor service. I will pass the word about that location
