My brother and I went into the store today we needed to purchase 2 cellphone's for the grandkids for Christmas so Spencer came right we explained what we wanted to do. So he suggested that we get a cellphone for the grandson because he is older. He explained everything to us perfectly. So for our granddaughter Spencer suggested that we get a tablet for her because she was younger and I agreed with him 100 percent. Spencer spent a very long time with us he is a wonderful person and he has exquisite customer service also the other Associate that was working with Spencer she also had wonderful customer service. Spencer really knew his stuff very knowledgeable.

My phone was not working properly and I wanted to get a new phone so I went down to Metropcs at Liberty tree mall. Spencer is an excellent employee. He was very patient and knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time helping to get the new phone duplicate all my contacts and apps. Every company should have an employees like Spencer, I can't say enough of good things about him.
