Your employees don't know how to count back change without the "register". With a total of$ 7.62, I gave $10.02 and was told they can't take my pennies because it's already in the register for $10. I told her to recalculate. She couldn't do it. Even worse, the manager didn't know how either!! She said "We owe her 3ยข !! OMG!!! This as the 1st thing we we're taught at McDonald's as CREW members!!And it was MANDATORY for drive thru employees!! That's just EMBARRASSING!!! Grade school money math!! C'mon!!! Up your game! Especially the Manager!
