Rue 21 quality in clothes is not good I washed this top I bought from them and the fabric around the neck completely came apart some of the cheapest clothes but not worth it since it’s only going to last less than a week.

I completed an online order, which I didn’t receive until 2 months later and never got offered a refund once. I had spoken to HR about resolving the issue and I had to speak to one of their employees who clearly seemed to lack any courtesy at all. Rue 21 try’s to represent a company about good ethics, yet lacks the ability to hire good professional workers. Will never be buying again from Rue
