On Monday, July 29, 2019, I entered the Sprint store in Downtown Summerlin (across from Trader Joe's) to purchase a cell phone holder for my care. There were FOUR employees in the store - one taking care of a customer and the other three talking behind the main counter. After taking my name and phone number, I waited TWENTY minutes and none of the employees came over to further assist me. Disgustedly, I walked out of the store without making a purchase. I have been a Sprint customer for more than twenty years. But, if this is the type of 'service' provided to loyal customers, I will discontinue my association with Sprint. If you decide to visit this particular store, be prepared for an extremely long wait for service.
