Was there with friends, and customer service was horrible the Sales Rep. Irma was rude and seemed bothered, from the beginning when we walked in. This was the only Shop that made us feel uncomfortable. Again her customer service was horrible.

I have to say this was the worst experience for me and friends, We shopped at Tom Ford before but the sales representative Irma was extremely rude and arrogant! When asked to show us a perfume she seemed annoyed (isn’t this your job) she was just rude and made us all feel uncomfortable. Thank you but won’t be coming back.
