Bianca is unprofessional . Terrible communication. It’s bad when you hear her on the phone cursing and cursing. She doesn’t know how to talk to people at all. Also a lousy dresser. I don’t trust buying shoes from someone who treats people like that and dresses like a slacker. Also a good liar as well. Does not have the ability to be straight up with you. Wife and kids went into the store as well and no one even acknowledged them. Terrible customer service. They need to do another cleansing of that store and get rid of management like her and others who follow
