My husband was buying shirts which were advertised as 4 for $189. It turns out one of the shirts was wrongfully advertised by the store. We pushed the manager on it She was extremely rude and actually told one of her employees to just change the price “to get rid of these customers.” I told her O hear what she said and she never apologized or even tried to deny saying it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from brooks brothers.
