The Black light mini golf place is a sham! They keep taking bookings one after another and then can’t manage the time. We showed up at 5, they told us to buy tickets online which we bought for 6:30. After patiently waiting for 90 minutes the staff very rudely told us to stand back in que and they would call us On enquiring the status she says she can’t guarantee when we will be let inside as there are people ahead of us and we can do what we want. We asked for a refund as we had dinner reservations for 8 o clock and a 4 month old and 6 year old who cannot delay their meal times. Ashli the manager shows up and asks me to not scream, because I asked for a refund, she says she can’t make a refund and the corporate only can do that. Gives me a print out of our receipt and is so embarrassed that she won’t even write that they couldn’t let us in on the scheduled time neither get a refund. If you ever plan to come here do NOT get the golf tickets unless you like to pay hard earned money for sham service and facilities.
