I had the misfortune of poor customer care. I made an order at the cafe at around 3:40pm on Saturday December 31 2022. I am entitled to tax exemption which the lady serving me refused to take with the question, "for what?" followed by, "the machine does not accept it", and finally, "this is a private business" all while I tried to explain to her that certain groups of people have tax exemption. She finally dismissed me with an attitude as if I was a needy case, offering the drink for free. I politely declined as I was not begging of seeking anything for free, but for proper respectful service. When I asked to see the person in charge, she said she was so I asked for an official email address or contact to send in my review or complaint and she gave me a personal (fake) email which (of course) bounced. All one seeks is just good service and respectful treatment. It would help creating such awareness to the staff.

One thing i like is that their workers are very friendly. I had a problem with my card and they helped me.
