Got food poisoning and came back to tell manager with the wannabe 90's mobster hat and was told it's not his problem. Horrible food and service.

Only giving the 3 stars because of LOCATION and parking. I live 8 minutes away. We went to the new lobo loco on Hylan boulevard, we were sat right away but it took at least 15 minutes until a waiter came to greet us. We were told the kitchen was backed up and it would take a while for our food so we said it was fine just bring us guacamole and chips, the waiter brought us our drinks and we ended up getting our food before the guacamole and chips ever came out. Meanwhile tables that sat after us had received their guacamole and chips. The food was mediocre to say the least there was no flavor and the street corn was covered in sauce and was inedible. We left hungry and no owner or anyone except the waiter came over to ask us how everything was. SEVERELY disappointed in the food. The location and atmosphere are amazing but the food and service were sub par I'd rather go to my local Mexican joint which is always consistent and cheaper. The Lobo Loco in Bay Ridge 5 stars! GO THERE NOT HERE. It is a shame that the only thing that was edible was the wings at a Mexican restaurant.
