30 plus minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, when they finally answered they had an attitude, said we are busy, not even sorry we are busy when I stated the time spent on hold. Apparently if you have to wait 30 plus minutes for a phone to be answered you do not have a proper amount of staff employed.
