Mom’s of Yorktown - May 17, 2023
I have family in Yorktown and I visit triangle shopping center and there was one time someone dented my car n I went to one of the stores to see if they could give me the managers name and number … I called his number 5 times he was rude, cursed at me, unprofessional and disrespectful. I noticed 2 guys doing maintenance and I asked if they were with affiliated with management. I spoke with Steve who was very helpful and I asked if the manager is ever there on site to address issues and it seems like these 2 guys are handling everything on his behalf. I felt so much better after being helped by Steve and his coworker since their manager was very unprofessional…Every time I go there, the manager is nowhere to be found.
