Customer Service made for a Horrible Customer Experience - Upon entry into the store - which was totally empty - A store person comes out from the back and yells from the back of the store "I'll be witcha in a minute", they proceed to walk up front, no greeting, no name introduction; but then says "How can I help ya Hun? Initially, ignoring that she called me "Hun" I explain I would like them to transfer the data from old phone to new, I see the Person had a name tag on, Genevieve - she kept calling me hon, threw her telephone sales team under the bus by attempting to pass the buck on giving service; she actually said that her Manager told her Not to assist customers who purchase their phone from T-Mobile via telephone because the telephone sales team members get commission and in store employees don't. She was slovenly, had a real nasty disposition and was flat out mean, when I asked her to put on the screen protector first on the $800 phone in the event it "could" potentially fall, she gave a curt response; actually she gave a curt response for everything. Typically when a person is defensive like this employee it translates into them not knowing how to do their job. I will be writing a formal complaint and sending it to T-Mobile Corporate Headquarters, Attn: John Legere, President & CEO and Callie Field, Sr. VP Customer Service. I understand that we all need to work, make money to live, but T-Mobile may need to invest in Customer Service BASIC training, like hello, my name is, how may I help you - this person Genevieve even attempted to say I was bashing her because I asked her to stop calling me "Hun" which she kept on doing - In a day and age when Gender Pronouns are prevalent this person doesn't even know how to address a customer.
