Me and my fiancé went into Bailey's so that I could make a wish list for Christmas. The lady that helped us had an attitude from the beginning and simply acted like my presence just screwed up her whole day. She was a middle aged blonde woman. We never got her name. I mentioned looking at wedding bands while we were there and she was as helpful as a bump on a log. I looked around the whole store and she acted like me wanting to see pieces was the worst thing she's ever done. She gave me no information at all about the pieces and had a spur attitude the whole time. It was a very uncomfortable situation. She was snappy when showing me jewelry and had quick roundabout, snappy answers to questions I had about gemstones and other kinds of pieces. When I turned around to tell her thank you as we were leaving, she had already made it up to the checkout desk where her and the college-aged girls behind the counter were shaking their heads along with her and laughing at me. Maybe I was a joke to her? I am not sure what I did to this woman for her to act in such way. She was extremely unprofessional and immature. I simply wanted to pick out some pieces for Christmas gifts. I will not be returning.
