Not satisfied with customer service and/or lack of concern of quality of merchandise. I purchased two kayaks, two paddles and two life jackets. After wearing the life jackets for less than an hour realized that they are poor quality and cuts into the armpits. I called the store and they said that if they are not able to resell it they cannot take it back. I would think they would be more concerned with the customer's satisfaction considering we made a fairly expensive purchase with the two kayaks, and also they should put quality merchandise on their shelves, especially if they won't take it back.

Noah, waited on me at the Austin Landing store. He was quite helpful and took time to answer all my questions relating to my purchase. Great personality and exceptional interpersonal skills. Noah rocks!!!
