Would give CLE23 less than 1 star, if it were an option. Exceptionally poor customer service. Received a pair of Browns sweatpants for Christmas, the same day our house came down with COVID. Today (1/7/2022), my husband attempted to return the pants, purchased 12/22/2021 - 16 days ago. Per the store's 14-day return policy, the pants can only be returned for store credit. I called to inquire - any exceptions, since we've been sick with COVID for the last two weeks? I was told I should've returned the pants while infected, per the store policy. The employee said, "We're not afraid of COVID. I've had it twice. It's no big deal. We don't need you. Goodbye." And then he hung up on me. So, for the $20 i was unable to get refunded for a pair of pants, I will happily sit back and watch this store fold, and continue to shop Amazon, Kohl's, Rally House, Dick's, and everywhere else fan gear is sold, and where customer service means something.
