The staff is friendly, but service is extremely slow. And now they need more help. I ordered 2 sandwiches, w/o pickles in the drive thru. I pull off look at my order and they have pickles. I go inside to get my order corrected. I watched as they take the pickles off and get new buns, but use the same chicken which has the pickle juice on it. When you don’t like something, you can normally taste what you don’t like. When she brings me the sandwiches again I let her know thank you but I could’ve taken off the pickles and I don’t wanna taste them on my chicken. I would like my money back. She goes and makes me whole new sandwich with new chicken. What I wanted in the first place. But at this time all I want is just my money back. First I’m told she didn’t know how to give me my money back. And I believe this is the manager at this time. That I ask for the store number and the number for corporate. She doesn’t know corporate number she’s called someone they don’t know the number either. She tries toCall the store owner, wasn’t able to get them on the phone. Then she says that the owner doesn’t allow them to return money back. It’s awfully funny how people have these businesses but they’re not there when situations arise. Then put their employees is a predicament not allowing them to refund peoples money. My order was wrong to begin with. Fine I understand we all make mistakes that’s why I went inside to get my order corrected. Still not corrected the way I felt it should be just give me my money back it wasn’t that much money. I’m giving the store at this time a 3 average rating, because of the difficulties with not getting what I requested
