Since T-Mobile customer service got it wrong let me put it right here. This is a location you should definity go to not the one on Woodman and Dorothy a mile down the road . I have been there twice and both times I was treated like a dog with mange. On my last visit six days I inquired about the senior plan as I was told on the phone it was $27.50. That is not true unless you have more than one line and I made it clear to the agent I only wanted one line. I was told by customer service to go into the store in person and I hesitated because I was treated badly before. The man who waited on me is the same as before and he is Satan incarnate. When I told him how I was told $27.50 he shoved a paper in my hand and said its in black and white it's $55 and repeated its black and white and with a very hot voice said what you want me to do about it? I urge everyone to go one more mile up Dorothy Lane to the Greene shopping center and go to the T-Mobile location there. You will be handled wonderfully you with patience by three men who will take their time to answer all your questions. Jesse was my representative with the assistance of Brian and Lane. Let me assure you after eight years with Cricket these people are fantastic. I cannot comprehend but they have the same training as the ill mannered employees at Dorothy Lane and Woodman drive (it should also be noted that the day before having the paper shoved into my hand there were three of us standing outside the door at a quarter to eight with the sign lit up in neon claiming that they were open while the doors were locked with two employees inside at the back of the showroom engaging on their own phones ignoring potential customers outside knocking on the door. I called and the phone went to their recording). Go see Jesse if you even have to go an extra ten blocks.
