THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I went to their place 2-3 weeks ago for my annual eyes check and new contact lens as it was almost out. After getting my eyes checked, I did not receive the trial contact lens from their doctor as he said they were out of it. They went ahead help me order the whole year plan for my contact lens without knowing if the new prescription works well for me or not. When I tried my contact lens ordered from them, they were very blurred and 2 visions. I could not function normally with them. I called the place and even went back their several times, but they could not figure it out why. I complained and asked for money back but the manager there did not want to give it back to me. He said it is Nonrefundable for this profession... I spent almost $200 for my eyes exam. It did not work at all for me but you said NO for the refund????? I was so disappointed about their Quality and Services. Terrible eyes doctor experience I've had of my life!!!!!
