Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse in Pahrump, NV is our favorite restaurant in town! The food is always delicious. We usually do the hibachi and have so much fun with the chef and other staff during preparation. When we did order from the regular menu, our food was just as delicious! This has become our go to restaurant to take our out of town guests. Each one raves about the food, ages 8-70's!!! We always hear that they want to go back the next time they are here. What better compliment than that can you get?!!
