I spoke to Amalia Pereira Meza. She seemed bound and determined to recreate my Cox account. Currently, she changed my service so she could charge more than the amount in my two-year contract. When you see this location run!! Seem I'm going to be forced to start litigation in order to get my original two-year contract. NEVER GO BY THIS LOCATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The best bet is to use AT&T or anyone else.
