Placed my first pick up order at this Michael’s and they canceled half my order, they didn’t have the product they said they did. Someone else picked up my order. Got an email saying thanks for picking up your order when I hadn’t. Called the store and they couldn’t find the paperwork to see who picked it up. The manager couldn’t offer me any help over the phone. Just said to tell an employee she said I could get a refund when I come in, with no way to prove that. Very disappointed. Paid for a pick up order I never got.
