I am sorry to say that Sprint migrated my account to T-mobile and my experience has been nothing but a nightmare! I needed to return my phones so again unfortunately went to King of prussia store to return them. Cut the long story short the customer service guy tried to pick a fight with me and the other employees supposetly were trying to stop him and I was in a state of shock just standing and looking at him and saying I am the customer and are you trying to fist fight with me? now I am of an older age and was not there to fight with this customer service person.
