Online order placed told pick up time 5:30-5:45. I arrived at 5:50 and they were just starting my order. 5 workers chatting one person in line and only a couple sitting in seating area. Items were empty and the associate making my order was very slow and not concerned that I had three young kids with me. Also she would have not given me my soup if I didn't ask. For the amount of money you pay I would think there should be better speedier and more attentive service. Check this place off my list. If there was a manager there you couldn't tell but maybe that's the problem with the place.
