I am trying to sell my home to my son, here at the huntindon branch in Nortern Lights Shopping center in baden was THE worst choice. We had a closing date of Aug 31st. Then the bank cancels it stating they had nothing ready! Wow, nothing ready! Then we proceeded to play games with the appraisser, under writers, and some guy that decided there wer safety issues. Not even close, this guy was just looking to make his name heard. What a joke, here we are With a closing date now moved to October and I doubt the bank will be ready. We have alreadyy had to retrieve all of the pay stubs, pay offs on the house, had to re do paperwork that my son noticed was wrong, not the loan officer, my son. I think this is their first mortgage ever! I would avoid them at all costs, completely under staffed and under managed!
