I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator and it was delivered on May 28,2022....not even 3 months ago. At the beginning of August it started making a loud noise that made it difficult to sleep. Repair was called and a thermostat was replaced and I lost all the freezer food. One week later and here we are again...4 days of a loud refrigerator noise while I wait 4 days for a repairman and water all over the floor, plus food melting in the freezer. I have a refrigerator that isn't even 3 months old and the Main Control is shot! The best part is they are out of stock and can't replace it in a timely fashion. I called Lowes....won't do a darn thing to help me. A Main Control in a brand new refrigerator is not acceptable on any level. Lowes needs to step up and help

Purchased 2 containers of flooring from the Lowes on Asbury Road- realized we needed three- the Lowes web site stated that the Peach Street store had one box in stock. Drove immediately up to the Peach Street Lowes. The box of flooring could not be found anywhere within the store. So went thru the process of ordering it from another store-- Prepaid. It was due in -at most - in three days. Waited for four days, then called the store to see if it was in. The person in flooring could not find it - but would call back later that day - NO call back. Called back two days later- the person in flooring stated that they would check and call back-- guess what - NO call back. Waited a few more days. By this time our contractor finished up what could be done and moved on to another job, and would "fill in" the rest of ours when the flooring was in. Now twelve ays out and went to the store-- still no container of flooring. No one knows where it is at. Purchased different flooring. Took the repackaged flooring back today and the slip for the already paid for missing box. Hassle to return the two boxes and then was told that the paid for missing box was canceled - and no longer part of their inventory and acted like I should receive payment for it. When was the prepaid box canceled and why did I not receive notification?? Asked to speak to the manager, and when she spoke to me she was rude and unapologetic. Now waiting on the contractor freeing up time to complete our project. In the last five months have spent close to $8,000 at Lowes. Will not be doing business with them.
