My phone was shut off supposedly my phone number now did not coordinate with company. Was never informed it was going to happen. One day my phone just died. It is hard to communicate with them even if anyone answers the phone u can not understand the person pn the other end speaking.

My review is not a good one. This is a fgree phone for seniors. Well youneed acolledge degree to set up.I have tried for 2 weeks to set up my voicemail. NO luck. I called 4 times, same answer. Does not work. I have told them. They just said the same thing.I am almost sorry for my selection. So far itr is not free cause of all the pain.

I was told when submitting my application that I would have my same number, an my SIM card has a completely different number attached to it. I need my same number because all my accounts are attached to that number. This has been a huge pain to deal with. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. The automated customer service doesn’t help in the slightest!!

I really enjoyed myqlink phone and special features and the whole deal until my phone broke and instead of the 34$ serano they wanted to charge me 79$ or 100 for the hot pepper Serrano phone.i can't Orford that and would like to know why the phone price went up to higher.?

Just bought a Serrano phone from Qlink. Paid 36.dollars for it.. Received the phone 3 days later. Date 12_20_22 . It stoped working completely. No help from Qlink. To return for refund.. Not right. Qlink should not refuse to refund for a product that does not work.. So with that being review. I give them not even a thumbs down.poor people who have to depend on a gov. Phoneline shouldn't feel they been taken advantage of.

I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. Horrible Customer Service. I had to explain my question 6 times to the first rep then she acted like she couldn’t hear me and we had been on the phone 15 minutes then I called again and was on the phone 20 minutes with no one able to answer my question. They just kept tell me over and over again to complete the application and I explained at least 5 more times to the 2nd rep that there is no option for disability so why tell me I’m approved when I can get past the government program part. This is just ridiculous and very poor customer service.

I called and they said it's the towers, go outside to make your calls and they don't know when it is going to be fixed. The worst customer service ever. After explaining my problem and being on an over one hour cal, without a solution. I was told that since I was calling on the phone with the issue, he could not help me. I asked to be elevated to an agent that would be better able to help me. I asked several time's and the answer was no! This company offers a service that is not backed up with a competent work force and a product that is so bad. You are worn down with inadequate service techs and lack of ability to problem solve. I bet Issa Asad, Q Link CEO would have been shocked or maybe he is responsible for this type of service... I was informed of the 5G phone that was to take place of the current 4G phone I have, I've been sent so many emails pertaining to this that I've lost count. Still awaiting the 5G sim card. I've had my 4G phone for approx. two years, and while its been a decent phone for the most part, quite frankly I'm burnt out dealing with annual recertification. I think the time has arrived to seek a different service.

Can not contact customer service using the number that is on the web site. Never get a reply back when I send a message. My service was shut off when I requested a new sim card for the BYOP program. The new phone didnt work and I am unable to re-activate my old phone using the instructions on the official site. It doesnt work !! I have tried every way to contact help and support that they give. For example, because I have affection toward my family, my thoughts are occupied with them as well. What kind of things consume your thoughts? If you deeply ponder the answer, you’ll know where your real affections lie. Your affections as a wife will probably be towards your husband. Your affections as a mother will probably be towards your children. Your affections as a daughter will probably be towards your parents and grandparents. It’s a good thing to love our family and friends, but beyond our loved ones, what consumes our minds most of the time? None of these earthly things will we get to take with us to Heaven. We are certainly to enjoy the life that God’s granted us here on earth, but without setting our affections on things above, our mind, thoughts and actions will only be on the temporary things. Setting our affections on the “here and now” of what we can get out of life will profit us NOTHING in our future in Heaven. What are the things above? Our Heavenly Father; our Savior, Jesus Christ Our eternal home Our Christian loved ones, who have passed on before us. A place of no pain, suffering, sorrow, nor tears A place of rest and peace A place without sin and evil Are you beginning to see my point? When we start to set our affections on things above, the “here and now” hardships aren’t so dreadful… the “here and now” becomes more “temporary” in our minds. The suffering, the sorrow, the pain, the tears… they’re temporary. Our goals are no longer to work more for here on earth, but to please our Heavenly Father above. Your affection as a child of God should be on things above… things eternal. These are the things that will bring you the true joy that you seek in life. By the grace of God, believers in Jesus Christ will not face the condemnation of God. “We have passed from death to life” (1 John 3:14). The Bible teaches that every human being will be brought before the judgment throne of God for an ultimate and decisive judgment (2 Corinthians 5:10), and Christ Himself will be the judge (John 5:27). We are all naturally under the condemnation of God: “Whoever does not believe stands condemned already” (John 3:18b). But Christians will not be found guilty on Judgment Day (John 3:18a; Matthew 25:33–34). However, the “no condemnation” involves more than acquittal on Judgment Day. In Romans 8:1 the apostle Paul speaks in the present tense, as evidenced by the word now. Also, notice the word therefore, which points the reader to the previous passage of Romans 7:21-25. In Romans 7 Paul describes his struggle against the sinful nature—a struggle that every believer experiences. Paul writes, “Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me” (Romans 7:21) and, “What a wretched man I am!” (Romans 7:24). Paul is expressing his hatred for the sinful nature which continues to war against his new nature in Christ—Paul hates the sin he commits, but he is also thankful because he has been set free from slavery to sin. He now has the ability to do what is good because Christ has delivered him (Romans 7:25). Paul takes this a step further in Romans 8 when he teaches believers are not only free from bondage to sin, they are free from the inner emotions and thoughts that tend to bring feelings of condemnation to the Christian when he does commit sin (Romans 8:2). Christians are free from the “law of sin and death,” which means, although they will commit sin, the Law no longer has the power to condemn them. We are not under the Law’s condemnation because Jesus fulfilled (“filled-up, completed”) the expectations of the Law perfectly, and believers are “in Christ” (Romans 8:3). Because believers are in Christ, they have the joy of being counted as righteous, simply because Christ is righteous (Philippians 3:9). Paul also points out that genuine Christians, although they struggle, will not live “according to the flesh”; that is, they will not persist in a constant state of sinful living (Romans 8:5). Paul encourages us that we need not fear condemnation because we can come to God as our loving, forgiving Father (Romans 8:15–16). Christians who live in shame and guilt over past failures are needlessly condemning themselves when they ought to be “forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead” (Philippians 3:13). Fear can be paralyzing, “but perfect love drives out fear” (1 John 4:18). As Christians, we must understand that our justification is found in Christ alone—in His finished work on the cross—not in what we do or don’t do (Romans 3:28). Believers can find solace in the assurance that we have been adopted into God’s own family and have been made heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17). For example, because I have affection toward my family, my thoughts are occupied with them as well. What kind of things consume your thoughts? If you deeply ponder the answer, you’ll know where your real affections lie. Your affections as a wife will probably be towards your husband. Your affections as a mother will probably be towards your children. Your affections as a daughter will probably be towards your parents and grandparents. It’s a good thing to love our family and friends, but beyond our loved ones, what consumes our minds most of the time? None of these earthly things will we get to take with us to Heaven. We are certainly to enjoy the life that God’s granted us here on earth, but without setting our affections on things above, our mind, thoughts and actions will only be on the temporary things. Setting our affections on the “here and now” of what we can get out of life will profit us NOTHING in our future in Heaven. What are the things above? Our Heavenly Father; our Savior, Jesus Christ Our eternal home Our Christian loved ones, who have passed on before us. A place of no pain, suffering, sorrow, nor tears A place of rest and peace A place without sin and evil Are you beginning to see my point? When we start to set our affections on things above, the “here and now” hardships aren’t so dreadful… the “here and now” becomes more “temporary” in our minds. The suffering, the sorrow, the pain, the tears… they’re temporary. Our goals are no longer to work more for here on earth, but to please our Heavenly Father above. Your affection as a child of God should be on things above… things eternal. These are the things that will bring you the true joy that you seek in life. They believed He would free them from the oppressive rule of their Roman occupiers. Even Christ’s own inner circle of disciples thought the kingdom was coming soon (Luke 19:11). When Jesus began teaching that He was going to die at the hands of the Jewish leaders and their Gentile overlords (Luke 9:22), His popularity sank. Many of the shocked followers rejected Him. Truly, they were not able to put to death their own ideas, plans, and desires, and exchange them for His. Following Jesus is easy when life runs smoothly; our true commitment to Him is revealed during trials. Jesus assured us that trials will come to His followers (John 16:33). Discipleship demands sacrifice, and Jesus never hid that cost. In Luke 9:57-62, three people seemed willing to follow Jesus. When Jesus questioned them further, their commitment was half-hearted at best. They failed to count the cost of following Him. None was willing to take up his cross and crucify upon it his own interests. Therefore, Jesus appeared to dissuade them. How different from the typical Gospel presentation! How many people would respond to an altar call that went, “Come follow Jesus, and you may face the loss of friends, family, reputation, career, and possibly even your life”? The number of false converts would likely decrease! Such a call is what Jesus meant when He said, “Take up your cross and follow Me.” If you wonder if you are ready to take up your cross, consider these questions: • Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means losing some of your closest friends? • Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means alienation from your family? • Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means the loss of your reputation? • Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means losing your job? • Are you willing to follow Jesus if it means losing your life? In some places of the world, these consequences are reality. But notice the questions are phrased, “Are you willing?” Following Jesus doesn’t necessarily mean all these things will happen to you, but are you willing to take up your cross? In mad bought another cell from qlink. Called 4 days in a row waited long hours wanting help once left call back never returned my call !!!! There's more not wasting any more abused waiting a 65 yr. Old had problem with cell just purchased another in may2020 it froze up and will not replace it wanting another $25.00 for another i told her but it wasn't my fault I can't use help it froze up i feel i was taken advantage of because I couldn't get a another for the 4months i used it. Feel sad can't afford another cell !!! It sucks!
