These are the worst people to deal with. By mistake I put a bag in the bin that I shouldn't have. I've been calling them everyday and are being told the same thing! A routing manager will call back!This has been almost 3 weeks! No calls! I even got a supervisor who was no help at all! All I wanted to know is if the bag was still in the bin and if not where did it go! Not to difficult! I tried to e-mail them a couple of times but it was blocked! I wouldn't be so upset but the bag had my son's things in it! I will never put a donation in any of their bins again!!!! The absolute worst company \ people I have ever delt with!!!! I would like to rate them no stars!!!!
