When I checked in I specifically said my son needed a hair cut and my daughter and I just wanted our undercuts trimmed. I have visited two other locations to have my undercut trimmed and was told up front that it would cost $8. Upon checking out I though the total was a little high but we were in a hurry to get to our next appoitnment and I didn't have a change to really look at the receipt until we got home. We were all charged for a hair cut. I called to speak to the manager and she wasn't willing to do anything to fix the situation even though she looked through my history and could see that two other locations charged me for a neck trim. She just kept repeating that she works at a franchise location and that it's their policy to charge for a hair cut any time they go in to the hair. I asked why they don't mention that up front because I never would have agreed to pay $34 for both my daughter and I to have an inch of our head touched. And to make it worse, the section they trimmed on my daughter is very crooked and uneven. Thankfully it's hidden most of the time. I will never visit this location again.
