My experience at Old Navy,Bandera Pointe, in San Antonio was ridiculous and a bit shocking. I went to the counter to purchase an $8 top for my Granddaughter. I use cash often. The sale associate told me she was not allowed to accept my $50 bill for purchases under $10 . WHAT??? are you kidding me? They wouldnt take CASH??? and it's only a $50. It's not like Old navy is a small food truck on the corner or anything. This is unacceptable way to treat a paying customer! A CAH paying customer. I refused to be forced to go back out into store and shop for another item to be forced to spend more money! Ridiculous. I would like to hear back from the manager or corporate office.
